Built By Tension LLC provides online fitness coaching, custom training programs, and related content. All services are for informational and educational purposes. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Coaching services are billed monthly via Stripe. All payments are processed securely. Rates include all applicable taxes. We require 30 days' notice before any rate changes.
Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused coaching periods. If you have concerns about your service, contact us directly at builtbytension@gmail.com.
You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for scheduled calls or sessions; missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
Exercise involves inherent risks. You are solely responsible for your own health and safety. Built By Tension LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from the use of our programs, advice, or content. Always train within your abilities and stop if you experience pain or discomfort.
All content on this site — including training programs, text, graphics, and videos — is owned by Built By Tension LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
